INGREDIENTS: Porcini stock (water, porcini mushrooms), sea salt
Porcini Stock is made from porcini mushrooms and water, with the addition of sea salt. Its rich aroma and intense porcini flavour add depth, fullness and a distinctive woodland mushroom character to your dishes.
Ideal for risottos, sauces, soups and stews, it also beautifully enhances meat, pasta and vegetable dishes. A convenient way to add rich porcini flavour to your cooking without the need for lengthy stock preparation.
