Ramen Shoyu Soup 1L Salsus

INGREDIENTS: ramen stock [water, meaty bones (pork, beef, chicken), onion, leek, garlic, ginger], mirin [glucose syrup, water, vinegar, fermented rice wine (water, rice, alcohol, salt, rice malt), sugar, acidity regulator citric acid, molasses], soy sauce [water, soy, wheat (gluten), salt, alcohol], dashi [water, seaweed (kombu, kelp), katsuobushi (fish)].

Shoyu in Japanese means soy sauce. Home Chef Shoyu ramen soup is prepared with soy sauce and two rich stocks: ramen and dashi. The special mildly sweet flavour comes from rice mirin wine.
