INGREDIENTS: concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, apple juice, natural ginger flavor 0,3%, contains sulfites
ALLERGENS: sulfur dioxide and sulfites in concentrations greater than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l.
Usage:
- Trendy drinks, aperitifs or soft drinks (cold sparkling water, 25ml vinegar, a slice of organic lemon and ice cubes - sensationally refreshing and above all healthy)
- Fresh summer salads with exotic dressing (1/3 ginger vinegar, 1/3 passion fruit vinegar and 1/3 mandarin oil, season with salt and pepper - an unusual dressing is ready that will delight everyone)
- Raw vegetable salads with glass noodles and fried shrimp
- Asian and spicy dishes and wok dishes (Thai, Chinese or Japanese cuisine)
- Desserts, yogurts and fruit salads
- Baked banana.
How to ideally combine ginger vinegar:
- Olive oil with orange, lime, tangerine, basil, thyme, onion or Mediterranean herbs.
- Passion fruit, mango, peach-apricot, calamansi vinegar
- Aromatic herbs and pomegranate
