Beautiful Cast Iron Spice Grinder with Oak Lid

A practical solution for grinding all spices that would otherwise require a mortar and pestle or grinder.

Simply place the desired spices in the grinder, turn a few times depending on the desired coarseness, and you're done. If you've ground too much, transfer it to the top container and cover with the lid until the next use.

The Skeppshult spice and herb grinder is designed in collaboration with the Danish design company Carl & Carl (Copenhagen). The grinder has a soft, rounded design, creating a beautiful contrast to the solid cast iron.

Skeppshult's grinders were nominated for the Formex Formidable award at the Formex Fall 2010 fair.

WARNING: Acidic ingredients cause corrosion!

Maintenance: All cast iron cookware tends to corrode if left wet, so it is important to thoroughly dry the cookware after washing with warm water and, if necessary, a mild detergent.

Note: Since Skeppshult products are handmade, slight deviations in size and finishing are possible.
