INGREDIENTS: salt, maltodextrin, sugar, parsley root, natural flavor, yeast extract, contains parts of chicken
ALLERGENS: celery and celery products, mustard and mustard products, milk and milk products (including lactose), soy and soy products, cereals containing gluten.
Broths are best when made entirely from scratch at home, but they are not economical and require long or very long simmering (except for fish broth).
This seasoning blend is used for the quick preparation of a good chicken broth when making various sauces, soups, risottos, or any other dish that calls for broth.
The ratio for preparation is one heaping tablespoon to 1 liter of boiling water.
It does not contain artificial flavors or flavor enhancers.
