Green-white tea Angel's Kiss - Ice tea and sparkling cocktail

Ingredients:
- 6-7 tsp Angel's Kiss green-white tea blend
- 2-3 passion fruits
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- ½ tsp cardamom powder (or to your taste)
- 200 ml pressed passion fruit juice
- fresh mint leaves
- ice
Preparation:
- Put 6-7 teaspoons of the green-white Angel's Kiss tea in one liter of water and heat it to 75-80 °C. Cook it between 2 and 3 minutes, then take the pot off the stove and let it soak for 3 more minutes.
- Pour the tea in a big jug filled with ice and let it cool down completely.
- Add the passion fruit pulp and juice, cinnamon, and cardamom powder and stir. Serve with ice and fresh mint leaves.
